Jeff Levine, CEO
A serial entrepreneur with an exceptional career spanning over 40 years, a remarkable journey of founding, leading, and scaling numerous groundbreaking entrepreneurial ventures.
Jeff entered the Healthcare space in 2018 when he founded Visie Vision (Formerly Advanced Scanners), to develop a proprietary scanning technology for digital surgery, and again in 2023 with the founding of Atlas De Novo, a SaaS dashboard for owners of medical practices. He is co-founder of Austin MedTech Connect, connecting founders with clinicians, funding, and SME's and an active advisor and mentor to health-tech/Med-Tech/Device startups.
Jeff founded “Fit and Fearless Krav Maga” and “CrossFit and Fearless”, where he led instructor development, taught classes and seminars, and trained heavyweight MMA champions. He was contracted to be the Chief Combatives Officer for the US Army 75th Training Battalion, where he led training for 2,000+ soldiers, with the Ft. Hood team taking 1st place in the US Army Combatives tournament.

Maher Al Tamimi is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience driving business success through innovative and transformative solutions. He has a proven track record of leading global enterprise teams and startups, reshaping the technology landscape across industries such as healthcare, financial services, and marketing technology.As the founder and CTO of Atlas De Nova, Maher revolutionized healthcare startups by developing a comprehensive platform that transformed surgery center operations, improved patient care, and reduced operational costs. His unique approach blends strategic planning with technical execution.
Maher’s career includes executive roles at Fortune 500 companies like SunGard (FIS) and Epsilon, where he spearheaded cloud migrations, AI integrations, and large-scale SaaS solutions. His leadership has consistently delivered significant results.
Maher holds a Master of Science in Technology Innovation & Commercialization from UT Austin's Red McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University. He has received numerous accolades, including the Kobie All in Excellence in Leadership Award and the Kozmetsky Scholar Award. He is recognized as a leader in leveraging AI, ML, and data sciences to solve complex business challenges.
John Jackman, CFA
25 years of experience in the valuation industry, providing valuation and financial consulting services worldwide for the purposes of financial reporting, tax planning and compliance, financing, bankruptcy, litigation, mergers, and acquisitions, restructuring and recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, private equity, and investment.
His experience includes the valuation of capital stock, minority and controlling interests, privately held interests, derivative securities, general and limited partnership interests, limited liability company interests, restricted equity and debt securities, preferred stock, proprietorships, options and warrants, fractional interests in real estate, and intangible assets.
John graduated from California State University, San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, and subsequently earned a master’s in international management from Thunderbird, School of Global Management, with a concentration in finance. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2002 and is currently a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Austin. He is also a member of numerous professional organizations including the Appraisal Issues Task Force (AITF) - a nationally regarded think tank of senior-level valuation professionals. AITF assists the valuation profession with formulating "best practices," advises the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) regarding valuation theory and practice and helps establish and interpret existing rules for valuation practitioners in the U.S. and abroad.

Wayne Olan, MD
Wayne J. Olan, MD, board-certified in Radiology, is currently the Director of Interventional and Endovascular Neurosurgery, and an associate professor of Neurosurgery and Radiology at The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences. He is also the co-Director of the Endovascular Stroke Program at GW. He completed his residency training in Radiology in New York and fellowship training at GW in Diagnostic Neuroradiology and Interventional Neuroradiology.
Over the past 10 years, Dr. Olan has been involved in the development and management of outpatient surgery centers in the DC area as well as in Palm Beach County, Florida, He has served as president of a center in the DC area, and has been intimately involved in all levels of the operation including location choices, physician recruitment, device selections, cost management, staffing as well as navigating distributions and investment/sale opportunities.
He rejoined the Department of Neurosurgery 13 years ago after serving 10 years as the Director of Interventional Neuroradiology at Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Maryland and was clinical faculty at The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He continues currently as a consulting physician to the National Institutes of Health, The White House and Congressional Medical Staffs, the Department of Defense, Monumental Sports (Capitals and Wizards) and the Washington Nationals here in DC. He is a member of many professional societies including the Radiological Society of North America, American College of Radiology, American Medical Association, American Society of Neuroradiology, and American Society of Spine Radiology.
Dr. Olan’s clinical and research interests involve the endovascular treatment of cerebrovascular disorders, including the treatment of cerebral aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, and the endovascular treatment of acute stroke. He performs aneurysm coiling, extra-cranial and intra-cranial artery stenting, embolization of AVMs, and embolization of head/neck tumors. In addition, he has interests and extensive experience in the minimally invasive treatment of spinal disorders. He is a pioneer in the development of devices and techniques in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures and a leader in the minimally invasive treatment of degenerative spinal stenosis.
Dr. Olan has published extensively on minimally invasive spinal interventions, and neurosurgical endovascular treatments and techniques. He lectures and instructs physicians all over the globe on minimally invasive spinal and neurovascular techniques including endovascular stroke therapies and is involved in the development of many devices in both arenas.
A native of Long Island, Dr. Olan lives in Potomac, MD and also coaches lacrosse at The Georgetown Preparatory School in Bethesda.
